, hereby personally guaranty to Quality Mortgage Reporting the payment to Quality Mortgage Reporting, any obligation of CLIENT and here by agree to bind myself to pay Quality Mortgage Reporting on demand any sum which may come due to Quality Mortgage Reporting by CLIENT. It is understood that this guaranty shall be continuing and irrevocable guaranty and indemnity for such indebtedness of client. I do hereby waive notice of default, non-payment and notice thereof and consent, without notice, to charge in the time or manner of payment of indebt ness, as well as any other alteration, compromise, modification, extension, acceleration or renewal of the credit client information from/ application hereby guaranteed.
